Ok .... Just had a killer workout !! There's something about getting enough sleep the night before that's for sure! I slept 10 hrs last night and I felt stronger than ever in the gym this evening. Sleep + Quake = Raw Power! Finger is damn near 100% considering the deadlifts and BB rows I was able to knock out ..... good feeling

7. Concentration Curls (3sec up, 2sec squeeze/pause, 6 second down) Really pumps them up and much harder than it sounds so went lighter on weight
