Need advice ph stack and PCT w/ rebound xt and nolva please

Fantastic site guys, I am really amazed with the biochemistry knowledge exhibited here you guys run circles around me and I have a BS in Bio/premed and an MS in cellular bio! This is my first post but I have been reading up for some time. I lift for about 12yrs and have experience with real gear from years ago fortunately I suffered no permanent side effects. But recently I messed around with the pro-hormones listed in the title. I had great results, packed on about 30lbs (better than any of the real gear I used [Anadrol, anavar]), pretty lean. But I did not prepare my PCT, in part due to the false claims by the manufactureres that these PHs did not aromatize and also because I foolishly thought that this stuff was not real gear so I had nothing to worry about. Big mistake. Got lumps, pain, excretion, etc. Took tamox and it went away. Months later it came back on its own and worse than ever! I never had any gyno as a youth or any other time in my life mind you. So now I am taking nolva again 40mg/day and just got some Rebound XT after reading so much good stuff about it. Ill be taking it at 3 ppd along with the nolva, to hopefully rid myself of the painful lumps under my nips. Is this a good combo? If so for how long should I keep this up, are the dosages ok? BTW I also have Raloxifen on the way (can you tell I am now a little paranoid about gyno?) Can it or should it also be used?
Part two, I still have a large stash of the aforementioned PHs and would like to use them since they did work amazingly well, but this time I would like to do so with all the precautions possible. Can you guys please suggest to me a good cycle and PCT to make the best of all this gear. Thanks and once again great site and keep up the good work.
P.S. even with my educational background its been some time since Ive actually used any of it, so please try to keep the answers a bit on the simple side. Thanks again.
