Non-gear supps

Basic vitamins, protein, and preworkout for me. Those are staples for me for the obvious reasons. Some people will also mess with natural anabolics and things like cardarine and mk677.
 
Fish oil, multi, pre, creatine, and protein. Honestly i will never buy another supplement in my life *expect maybe ARA*... literally everything else is an absolute scam. Spent thousands over the years falling for the marketing and even BCAA’s are a total waste especially if you’re on gear.

I like bcaas and aminos for sipping on when I want something tasty, but yea, they wont do much at all for muscle growth
 
Nothing besides MTest and SnS Reduce XT. I like Nolvadren too. Protein of course. Everything else is trash as stated above. Those couple things will get you by if you cycle 2x-3x a year in between
 
$23 and it worked better than any BCAAs or Creatine I’ve ever used. Gains all day long... I just wouldn’t ever recommend it to anyone, ever...
 
Puts on muscle faster than any steroid on planet earth. Also kills you super quick, or gives you diabetes prematurely.....




But it’s awesome!

Here, I did my part. Read it, then NEVER do it. Tons and tons of steroids are safer, so just stick with those.
 
Multi, fish oil, cissus, protein. I also add in mk 677 providing funds allow. Stuff can get expensive if running for proper length, 6+months at least
 
What all do you guys take in addition to gear, or when you're off? What are your staples and why?

Orange Triad (multi with digestive and joint support)
OxiMega (Fish oil)
Vitamin D
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin C
Gut Health
Digestive Enzymes
Ashwagandha

Other stuff:

SlinMax (GDA to utilize carbs)
MassMax (great natty anabolic to aid with strength and muscle protein synthesis
Pre workout (varies each week)
VasoMax (non stim pre, use it 3 times per week)
