Still not 100% in the hamstring, so some reps would get thrown off in the hole and I had to grind them out.

It was a weird fit, loose sleeves but covered more of my triceps, then really tight collar and chest plate. Had no groove for me...

Sounds like an elbows out and high touch kind of deal with no support down toward your belly. Who knows.

Bingo, it was exactly that. I had to touch high to get any pop out of it.

I prefer 5-board in full gear w/ double reverse strong bands and 5 active spotters. So everyone can see how much weight I have on the bar and will know I'm the man ;)
 
3 board in a shirt for me is as high as it can feasibly be, but I have done close grip 5 board in the past. It's tough, no momentum to be built up.

I still like my CG three board, wide grip 1 board, comp grip 2 board, and slingshot CG 2 or 3 board. Just feels good to switch it up.

And if you like to be a heaving cheater like me, boards are the way to learn. The board transfers your leg drive into the bar much more directly since it doesn't give.

It does indeed stop me but in the past I felt like I got more pop out of the hole. The weight loss has loosened the hips and legs as well.

In the past I always pulled in my Inzer Fusion in a meet, bc the hips are much tighter and the straps actually fit. I did the first few sets in the Fusion and felt slow off the floor, switched to the Super Centurion and felt a little faster despite it being much looser and I can put the straps up without help.

Best wrapped squat was 495 for a 5rm, this was definetly easier and a volume PR. Hip was a little squirmy with that much weight raw, but no pain.

Why does the TSB bother you? What's so bad about it?

For whatever the reason, the bar really tears up my rhomboids and traps and causes some significant pain. I have a thoracic rib that subluxes, and that caused a lot scar tissue in that area.

Definitely the girth getting all not nice and deep like on my back. A thinner bar with zero knurling is more comfortable to squat with.

Just using the TSB for last 3 weeks of prep and then back to TPB.

I could feel it was wrong as soon as I shirted up, but very little pain during the press and the weight flew up.

Kind of, just experimenting. They all felt good, just slightly different. I wrap myself, so the convicts are a pain in the ass but yield the best feeling I think. Same with the strangulators.
