Indeed. You mean following a program similar to what I'm doing? I wouldn't recommend it right away without knowing background information, plus what I'm doing now is tailored for me by my good friend, a coach with PTS.

I just jumped on the wagon with other guys here and started adding Gatorade powder to my BCAA/SAA. Makes it a little tastier too.

Anyways, I laid a strip of ktape underneath the patella with my leg at 90 degrees (so when I stand, it's a Ushape) It actually relieved all over the irritation. If it's placebo effect, **** it, I'll even take that.

You won't regret it. The Pina Colada & Pink Lemonade flavors are both delicious, and it's honestly really versatile.

Been stacking it with a pump product on my upper body days and it's great, or sometimes just to go out for an evening movie w/ the gal.

Sounds similar to a tendinitis strap but with upward pull. Intredasting. K tape works well for tracking issues or even temporarily relocating for pain relief or correct movement.


Knee is improved today, still lingering swelling. Got the hammy and adductor Grastoned, hopefully that helps. More ice and compressing, and push back my lifting another day.

275 and 300 weren't near touching, I just didn't bother writing that since they're warm ups to seat the shirt.

Correct, unless you adjust the collar or sleeves like you said.

I just had the deload last week lol, it was Monday's squats after no squats due to the hamstring for 2 weeks. I get awful DOMS from my coach's program lol

Had a gumball size knot on my hammie that had been covered in a bruise last week, had that torn down with some Graston. Got the calve Grastoned as well and I think there's some definite improvement, way less pain on full knee flexion.

Good tool to create time under tension at your fail point to increase the strength at that joint angle. Focus on keeping tight then blasting to *******.
 
Crew member kept his Katana going for 2-3 years with that method. It's an easy shirt to get into but hard to touch less than 500 in. I've done it once myself with fabric softener too. makes for an easier touch, temporarily.

So wait hot dryer to shrink a suit and fabric softerner to soften it? My training partner got a larger Overkill that I will probably try tomorrow.

Very solid squatting. Good to see you coming back. That's a gnarly collar on the Overkill, shame it was too big, but such is custom equipment.

Still not 100% in the hamstring, so some reps would get thrown off in the hole and I had to grind them out.

It was a weird fit, loose sleeves but covered more of my triceps, then really tight collar and chest plate. Had no groove for me...
