Nolvadex after test cycle? Only?

My source has only recommended nolvadex for pct after an 8 week sustaplex 325 cycle. Is that all I will néed or should I do something else too?

There are better SERMS, I prefer modified clomid(good luck trying to find this), and toremifene. I would recommend a bit more for pct, but this where one needs to do some research before taking AAS.
