I am doing a 20/20/10/10 of novadex my question is since 20=1ml do I talke 1ml everyday for two weeks and then take .5ml everyday for the next two weeks? I am guessing yes since taking it all at Once does not sound like a good idea. Is there anything I should mix it with or just drink it strait?

You have your dosages right if the container says 20mg/ml. I recommend taking it as 1 dose before bed. If it is anything like mine, it tastes like toxic waste so you might want to mix it in some OJ to cover the taste.
