Nolva how to use the liquid one?

Hi Guys,

I'm going to order nolva but I would like to know if nolva is TAMOXIFEN CITRATE or TOREMIFENE CITRATE? I found the liquid one but how to use it?

tamox is nolva, search for dosing instructions. TOREMIFENE is similar as well.

NOLVA=TAMOXIFEN CITRATE

TOREMIFENE CITRATE is a similar product which (although newer for these purposes) seems be viewed as superior to nolva.
