Nolva dosage

Hi all,

Just doing research for a future possible epistane cycle.

Read conflicting doses on nolvadex? What do you all recommend. I'm only thinking about the nolvadex dose here, not saying that's all I'm thinking of taking, just doing research.

Nolvadex: 20/20/10/10
Or
Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20
