Nolva and clomid

What up dudes?
Hay just a quick question, i have my m1t, nolva and clomid. The problem is that i cant get any sright answers on effective amounts for the nolva and clomid for pct..So this has prevented me from starting my cycle seeing as how i want to have it all stright before i start.. Any and all help would be great...
