Nolva- 5,6,or 7 days spilts?

i'm running nolva 20/20/10/10 for an 8 week bold clone and 4 week winny clone cycle. looked around and was trying to decode when i should start the 10 mg dosing. Some PCT's ive looked at nolva was ran 10/10/10/10 for 5 day splits. Most others were using the 20/20/10/10 7 day splits. Do i need to run 20 mg for 2 weeks? Im thinking of doing 6 day spits which will cut the nolva part of my PCT down 4 days from 28 to 24. this enough?

im going to be running activate extreme along with size on/sp 250 stack starting into the 3rd week of Nolva.

Thoughts?
 
i use nolva 40/20/20/10
the / = weeks

so 4 weeks
week 1 40mgs.

i also like pct assist added in
 
There is no such thing as a Winstrol clone. Its either Stanozolol or some unmethylated PH that is kinda similar to it.
