You will have to post you blood tests (from the same blood draw) to get some picture.
TT
SHBG
Albumin
E2
DHT
-----------------
Off hand you are twice to high with T

A few thing's noted here. First off 200mg a week is alot and going into anabolic levels and will cause excess E2. Your E2 is very high at 54 and this could be the cause of erection problems and water retention. Try getting this down to 20 or 30 at most.

From what dr john has said before DIm does not lower the estrodial, but preventes it to converting to the bad estrogen and keeps good estrogen levels in check. So this brings up a good point. Even though estrodial may be in optimal range, could it be converting to more bad estrogen then good estrogen and causing the same problems as elevated estrodial and could just be a hidden factor not check by traditional medicine.

I don't believe Dr. John said it that way DIM converts E2 into good E's and one bad one so taking TMG helps the liver was out the E's that get converted.

Hi Phil;
I bought his book, still waiting for it.
In confirmation e-mail I got link to another website.

He, Dr Zelig, is selling this improved DIM.
Have anybody heard if it?
Does it work?
Does it work better than Indolplex with DIM?
I 25 words or less, what is DIM doing, what to watch out for when on DIM.
I associate taking it with lower E2 & DHT, am I right, anything else?

What were your E2 levels and what you take today works in the next day or two.

Arimidex is dam strong and you don't want to mess with this if you don't know your Estradiol levels are high. I have talked to men that did what your doing and they did this for a long time. What happened was they went down to low this is not good. You need Estradiol to live healty. Stop takinig it and get tested.
