hey everyone.....in my country we dont have natural peanut butter we just have the regular that comes with sugar added like 3 grams per serving it is still ok to take it as a night time snack before bed with cottage cheesse? thanks in advance
3 grams of carbs is 9 calories. You could add those 9cals/day for an entire year, and still not quite put on a lb of fat. Another healthy fat source is whole nuts (i.e. almonds), coconut oil, avocados, etc
yes sometimes i eat peanuts no salt added with my cottage cheese but like 30 minutes later i feel hungry again and when i eat peanut butter i stay full until breakfast....when i came from U.S i brought with me like 3 big bottles of natty peanut butter but i ate them all to bad we dont have natty peanut butter here.
