Hey guys, I'm about 160 lbs give or take my daily weight fluctuation(mostly -2/3 lbs). I really want to gain some weight but I've been struggling forever. I often skip meals, eat small snack, or eat little meals. I know this eventually comes down to self control but my biggest problem is I lack appetite fairly often and I don't know what calorie/protein dense foods that are fairly cheap that I can eat. I have a decent amount of food available to me but most aren't all that calorie dense and I simply don't have the appetite to eat all the other stuff.
To get to the point, I need tips and advice to help me gain weight, increase weight, and increase my appetite while keeping the cost down.
