nitroceps+CRE 2 logby chefbo creating awesomeness!

down 5 lbs since last weight in. calories are in a deficit even though I cam keeping my protein up. I want to shed some fat and lean out then start again cleaner than last time . I guess my age counter acts some digestive issues and shuttling of the nutrients. cool to learn things more about how the body acts with age. not much out there for us older (young older ) guys to pull from when it comes to issues like this. there has to be research some where that someone did on this. need to google more I guess. core is coming in more and more each day . need work on the wheels and delts especially the rear ones. anyone can suggest a full on rear delt workout I might start that as an extra on days to work on weaker parts. I do the destroyers and am goingto add rear delt cable flyes what else?

Keep at that diet, you'll get it down. I think with us (young/) older guys we just have to play around with our diet a lot more.

My body seems to change frequently.

For rear delts I like to take a band (any resistance) and stick it under a bench or something, then lean over like you're doing rows and just Max out with a fly-styled movement. Crazy burn, but hits different than destroyers. Try super setting those with Horizontal Presses.

Your welcome! ;)

Also, these, drop set x A LOT:

It will also work the lats some, but try and focus on that delt squeeze. Maybe SS these with rear (pec deck) flys.

Chefbo if you ever find nutrition for older bodybuilders, please share. Most advice is for the younger lifters. I find caloric excess, required to grow muscle, adds fat directly to the belly area!

For rear delts, try the reverse flyes on an adjustable bench. Start flat and keep notching up for subsequent sets. ISYMFS Chef! Lol

i will brother. yeah I do the same thing goes right to the gut.

I did a good session yesterday

rear delt raises on incline bench for 5 sets to failure

face pulls 5 sets of 25

bentover raises 5 sets of 15

wide grip pushups 75 straight

all light weight really getting mind to muscle connection squeezing at the contraction

tried to keep the traps out of it. read a lot about it yesterday and all said the same light weight high rep range except on t-nation delt destroyers
big weight for first sets down 20% the next three all to failure. Reggie got me going on these and they do destroy them.

leg day
nitro and cre 2 45 minutes prior

pyramid set on leg extensions
230,205,180,155,90 -10,10,10,15,13,

lunges-bodyweight 3 sets 25 each way

calf raises smith -90 5 sets 20

hams weren't swollen but tight but my quads were full and tight. calfs still burning. but still need more like that to spur any growth. this is just the start.

Insane volume on those extensions, Chefbo.

Down another two pounds. I know it is from the exhaustion of work. Appetite is back. Got a mini workoyt in today so sore from working and shoveling snow digging out from this storm and hauling new furniture to the house just didn't have the energy to finish. Gor a good pump though. Steady taking my millennium supps.
Got two more weeks before the next lean bulk starts I will continue this log through the middle of it because i finish what i start but I will include the ingredients in the mix. I hope this one to be the one that mskes the change complete. With the help of Millennium I pray I achieve my three year quest to the ultimate body transformation.

millennium is doing great gonna carry it over into my next cycle as well. good stuff here fellas and girls!

Sorry to hear about you and your daughter having a rough time. I hope you guys get that situated!

What is your overall assessment of the products so far? Any specifics?

so far so good . I did finally start getting pumps for the nitro even with minimal workouts. I am not a stim junky like a lot of folks , can't handle too much with my bp so that is good. but I do miss the euphoric feeling I have gotten from some in the past. not sure that is what millennium was shooting for but if not they are on point. As far as creatine goes how does one assess it ? what would I be looking for. I have toned up some but haven't gained anything maybe lost some size. now that could be coming off epismash without a full on pct. I could have gotten some water from that I don't know. I felt more swole on it but I couldn't take the back pumps even though some said it wasn't enough epi in it to give them to me. with a severe back strain and vertebrae problems I have that could complicate any methyl I take. I am not a scientist or chemist so I am in the dark. I have read that creatine floods the muscle tissue and enhances it. so if that is the case it is working fine. more definition in my legs, vascularity when I train . arms , core showing definition better. I miss the swole up chest I had last month but I will get that back starting in aweek or so. so no worries there. was skeptical at first but was proven wrong so I am a fan of Millenium and there products now for sure.

haven't been training like I should have these past two weeks . we have been overloaded with sicknesss and weather that has been kicking our ass. nice break coming up week after next and I will be finishing the millennium log then. I will continue to use the products the first four weeks of my next cycle and may pick some up to carry me through the 12 weeks I have planned.

I am going after legs today if everything works out and the gym isn't loaded with kids . if so I will train what I can and log tonight. added fishoil , liver support and hawthrone to my daily doses. prep for upcoming cycle.

I feel ya on the weather man...i'm in PA and we got crapped on HARD the past few weeks. Hopefully we've reached the melting point but I always seem to be wrong when I say that, haha

starting my last week of crea 2/nitro log

shoulders and back today

update later with what I did. not clear on where I will train today. home or at the YMCA.

changed up to higher rep work this week going to failure on all sets with lighter weights . saw great improvement in the shape of my bicep from Saturdays session. trying to get the best of both worlds is size and shape by switching up routines to keep the muscles guessing. hope it works.

opted for chest today shoulders have really been hurting. I need to get back to the doc's this week and get another treatment.
so her ewe go
cre 02 and nitro 1 hour prior as usual.

dumbbell press flat bench

incline flyes 4 sets to failure 25's
flat flyes same same but with 20's

cable flyes 35 each side
4 sets to failure
decline press 85 lbs 4 sets to failure

lightweights I know but joints have been achy and trying something new. really going for a muscle mind connection and it has worked so far. everything I have worked is sorer than it has every been and I am finding new areas of muscle to work by going slow and low( I ought to call this the bbq training set)

traps are still killing me and so are my legs from this type of movement. all lighter than usual but dynamic anyway. I will switch it up again next week and go a little heavier and then go back the next to this. see what will happen . if things occur I will stay for the duration of my next cycle which is the big one for the summer shred. I want to get in the best shape of my life and I am finally seeing things start turning in my favor.

fish oil, hawthorne and liver support before bed.

I am feeling a lot more out of my muscle groups than before. I don't know if it is jut this training but all that I have been doing and the muscle are finally coming around. someone more exoerienced can weigh in and tell me if that is right. I have more tightness and movement in my back , lats, traps , triceps everything than before and I love it. moving a body part and feeling the muscle engage is something I have never known. to be this old and never have experienced this makes me somewhat said that when I was younger I had every opportunity to do this and a helluva lot more time to devote to it and didn't Just partied my young life away like the rest never thinking of what I was missing being in shape and living healthy. Quite enlightening I guess they call that wisdom! I will end this log this weekend around sunday and hopefully if everything arrives I will begin the next journey on my quest Monday morning. Should be able to get one more workout in sunday hopefully. until then .

Your workouts nuts, man! You definitely are putting the stack to use. I'm glad you are enjoying this run. As a reminder what is your nutrition geared towards?

Cleanest bulk i can't do. I wasn't going to increase my carbs but decided to for at least a month the cut back to none after two o'clock. Unless it is in the form of a supplement shake. Looking at around 3500 right now which is 1000 over maintenance. I will go down to 28-2900 by the end of April and down to maintenance by the end of may.that will give me month before thepools open snd beach time.

ok overall review of Millennium nitro and cre 02.

great product and delivery. not over the top pumps with other no products but this one is diiferent with its set up from what i have read.

muscle fullness but nit overly tight. i did nave a couple days in the beginning when i couldn't lift anymore but i change my regiment up so much that it is my fault for not getting a proper reading on the product and for that i apologies to the guys am mps.

creatine is something that one needs all the time to see a monumental amount of results from so i wiould like to come back to millenium after it is all gone and my next cycle is done to see how it helped more.

i did have limited soreness during this log which is something new. aside from my shoulder which is being treated for arthritis nothing really bothered me outside of the usual. when i did get overly sore it was because i got to train harder than ever on these products that is there shining glory.

harder training without the head rushes and dizziness some nitrous items give us older dudes. i would recommend this for anyone over 40 for sure especially if you have bp issues.

thanks to neck, ct deuce and everyone else that reps for Millennium . top notch bunch . great product line would love to run somemore in the future if you need me,. thanks, ChefBo.

Thanks for logging this! I'll definitely be interested in hearing how things are going after discontinuation.
