First off, let me just say that I despise DESPISE DESPISE DESPISE cottage cheese... ok now since I can't eat that at night, what else should i take? I had been having a couple scoops of pb, but starting to put on alittle to much around the belly from it. I was thinking instead of cottage cheese, how about 1 cup of fat free yogurt with scoop of muscle milk in it, accompanied by 2-3 eggs? That work or what should I change?
