I have seen it... trans dermal nicotene for localized insulin modulation.

It basically resists insulin at the cellular level if I remember correctly, so disallowing insulin from pushing fatty acids into your cells. So if rubbed on adipose tissue would reduce the cells in size over time.

Not that have I seen. I would figure there are restrictions on selling nicotene, probably why you dont see it more often.
