Next PES Insider Deal???

All, I seen a small batch of shipment emails didnt make it out, so I am triggering some one by one. So if you get a double email, I apologize.

Snickerdoodle + some PB2 or peanut flour...completely ridiculous. For anyone wishing to mess with the flavors while limiting caloric intake, I definitely recommend that mix!

Here's one for ya:

1/2 scoop CnC + 1/2 scoop Milk Chocolate + Cinnamon + PB2 in 2% milk. Tried this the other night and this was very good.

SD + PB Lean SnickerDoodle (Powdered PB with a snickerdoodle flavor + Cinnamon + Splenda + 6oz Greek Yogurt + Fat Free Cream cheese = Sludge of peace

This just made my day. Can't wait to try that combo, maybe mix in some blueberries for a little extra something

All those suggestions looks solid but the go to is still 3/4 scoop Snickerdoodle mixed with 3/4 scoop Milk Chocolate.

All the proats fans need to try mixing their Select with Cream of Rice. I honestly haven't had a single oat since first trying it. Throw in a tbsp. of peanut or almond butter and it's ridiculous (blueberries are a solid addition too). For SnickerDoodle, that's probably how I'll use about 50 of the 55 servings. :)

Been trying to tell everyone this forever now! Its actually insane how good it is.

What do you usually have in your sludge

Whey, Greek Yogurt/Plain Yogurt + FF Cream Cheese + SF/FF Pudding mix
sometimes throw in PB LEAN (From my oatmeal) or pb2 but the PB lean is much better and tastes 100x better.
then add berries, banana's, apples, cereal's, rice cakes etc.

I love cream of rice but its so little volume for the same cals as oats... I pick oats strictly for the sheer volume ha.

thank you PES, my watermelon Amino IV came in today :) will be trying tomorrow!!

You shouldn't even try it. You will absolutely hate it. Just go ahead and ship them to me. I'm just trying to save you some grief...lol

already worked out lol no need for aminos now just foodskis.

i did try 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 today as a sludge... Hnnnng

LOL..I hear ya bud. Just crack that sucker open and sniff it...I dare ya! LOL!

Ahhhhhh..the deadly chocolate + cnc combo! Did you remember to add a dash or two of cinnamon? I have this every night before I go to bed.

You could try adding more water and letting it cook longer (just stir as you go so it doesn't turn into a brick sitting in water). The CoR will soak it up and the volume can double. 1 cup liquid per 1/4 cup dry measure CoR (160 calories/36g carbs) can make a decent sized bowl. A little more water works out fine as well (it won't be "soupy") if cooked long enough. I used this approach when cutting and it was more than enough to keep me satisfied and fuel my workouts.

i did i did. it's nomtastic.

scared for tomorrow

Watermelon passed the sniff test! Look forward to hearing what you think bud.

Trying to get microwaving timing/power level with CoR was frustrating lol

You use stovetop I assume

I have the microwave timing down to a science lol. I always use full power and start with 1 min before stirring. Then I drop to 40 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, 20 seconds, stir, and at that point it's usually how I like it. I'll adjust cooking intervals slightly based on how it looks, but that's the basic approach. Protein and anything else is added when done cooking.

I had a fun conversation with my financial approver (wife) this morning. It summed up about like this:

Me: So, Physique Enhancing Science is introducing its 55-serving tubs tomorrow and is going to have an introductory sale; probably the best price for the protein that there will be for a long time...
Her: MORE protein? How much do you need? ...If you really want, I guess. Which flavors do they have?
Me: It's the one with the Chocolate, Cookies 'n' Cream, and Snickerdoodle--
Her: --OH, that one!? Yeah, buy a bunch!

Good woman ;)

Lol something so simple that has never even crossed my mind, gonna try this in the morning.

Snickerdoodle particularly works fantastically for this; I've heard a lot of people actually prefer the flavors that come out with warm drinks (even just heated cow/almond milk).

Just be sure to briskly stir it in once it's not too hot; heating it up too much (or microwaving it afterwards) will evoke the typical whey "caking" reaction, and you'll end up with disgusting, chunky coffee. A quick run through a blender produces the most satisfying and frothy warm beverage, in my experience, but just stirring in a few spoonfuls works really well, too.

This dude is a snickerdoodle coffee connoisseur! Thanks for the detailed, and delicious sounding description!

I'll have to give this a try. I love the consistency of CoR but always struggled with the baby portions ha. Thanks!

A second to this. The blender/mixer method makes a froth that tastes like heaven. The consistency of select also makes your coffee thicker and manlier. It's amazing.

Okay, Watermelon Splash is INSANE!!!!
