There are disclaimers that none of this is yet official.

Yeah, I'm with you. Lately I have just been drinking this white liquid I found at the supermarket as my protein post workout. It's a blend of whey and casein and has a great flavor too.

No joke though I love protein -- especially the ones that taste REALLY good. But just consuming ~1g/lb I don't find it hard to hit my target for the day or get 30-60g of protein in a meal. I also tend to get lazy and stop adhering to what I have found to be the best diet for myself ever (cook all your meals diet) when I have a stock pile of protein. Most proteins that have really good flavoring or blends also tend to have a slightly more premium on price, and when you ship internationally boy does that add up.

LOL! Need a link to the Alan Aragon 'Chocolate Milk vs Surge' article, hahaha.

I'm with you - If it wasn't for some convenience, I could hit my protein with reg food, easy.

i agree...name brand pharmaceuticals sell well even at 3x the cost or more than generics...it's all about the quality!!!

but as we are finding out, label can say one thing and actual ingredients be different. it's a two edged sword in a somewhat unregulated industry, the shame of it is that greed is going to f*uck things up for us consumers...if the fda gets more heavily involved in regulating supplements it won't be good for those of us who use supplements!!!

time was when the fda was reactive, only showing up when something went wrong...too many wrong doings by supp companies and the fda is going to become proactive-just like everything else in life, people are determined to screw up a good thing!!!
