Creatine & X-gels still work. I'm sure there are a lot of fad products that people will mention that provide excellent placebo gainz though. Like high school, the popular kids will all be using it and saying it's the best thing since sliced bread. However, these products will slowly fade away in popularity and make way for a new and exciting "break-through" product with new hype...or hope, depending on your mindset and whether or not you follow the hype.

I'm just saying stick with things that have a long history of working well. Especially with natural products. Look for for various sources of information when choosing a product. Search the science AND the anecdotal evidence away from places where the products are sold and stay away from "studies" published by people with a financial interest in the product.


You know all this already though Judo. I'm "preaching to the choir" here.

That's a pretty low dose of aromasin. Any reasoning behind that?

That's why I asked, that makes more sense.
Common adex dosage is .5mg or 1mg, and aromasin is yeah more like 12.5 or 25mg.

ArA (Never tried because of the inflammation being a bit scary, but it seems really good)
ABE (Never tried it because I haven't got the chance to yet, but it seems really good)

Laxogenin
HMB-FA (During more intensive/higher volume/more frequent training)
17-Dione (androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione)

Yeah exemestane is better for pct since you don't get estrogen rebound after you come off

25mg ED is high even for on cycle.
My friend takes 25mg only twice a week on cycle. Auslifter you can probably get away with 12.5mg EOD or E3D in PCT

Yeah for a mild osta cycle you're right.
For me though, I would probably still conservatively use aromasin as I am very prone to estrogen sides.

you think so? i was going to play it safe but you may be right since i haven't even needed any yet and 0 estro issues so far nips are on point lol no flare or water retention either. i might just give the 12.5mg E3D a go then once i start pct.

Yeah especially with no noticeable estro sides I wouldn't use more than you need to. Up the dosage if you start noticing anything.
 
Erase pro (not erase pro+) has 75mg of Arimistane (androsta-3,5-diene-7.17-doine) per serving. Plus some other natural ingredients (bark extracts of sorts) ......no?

Without a bunch of extra estrogen circulating exemestane, even in low doses, could possibly crash your estrogen levels and you will be hating life. Your girlfriend won't be too happy either...
 
I personally wouldn't touch an AI unless A. I knew my levels were out of range via blood work, or B. I started experiencing estrogen related side effects. This is obviously compound dependent. For the DHEAs and SARMs I think any Aromasin is overkill except for emergencies (or, as above, if you are someone that just looks at a bottle and gets itchy nipples). I actually think any AI is overkill for these "mild" compounds. Especially during PCT - the (tapered) SERM/s is/are protecting you as your body clears any excess in it's drive to homeostasis. Just do a combo Clomid/Nolva PCT, have Aromasin on the shelf, and enjoy.

Arimistane, anecdotally, is more of a Cortisol controller than an AI. Bark extracts, etc... have been shown in less than a handful of bloodwork posts, to have a minor effect on Estrogen. Aromasin can put your Estrogen in the dirt (depending on dosing) every - single - time. It's drug. So there is zero comparison.

Well, of course. Aromasin ( Exemestane ) is a prescription drug and will never be included in an otc supplement.

I can definitely see where this could be easily confused. They both sound very similar. That's one of the reasons I use the compound name (exemestane) and not the brand name (aromasin)

What do you mean by DHEAs (plural)? Are you just talking about DHEA or is there some new DHEA related compound I'm unaware of?

He is referring to isomers of dhea such as 1 andro, 4 andro, and epiandro
 
Hmm, I haven't heard of these. Are they still available OTC? Effectiveness/sides? I'll google as well but if anyone knows the general consensus that's helpful.

Ah yeah just found it at the same time you did and I read through it. How suppressive are these new products? Any thoughts about when/if the gov will try to take them off the market?

They will be around indefinitely. These products aren't new but since the ban they are the only prohormones that companies can legally produce in the us. Just like any exogenous hormone, these will suppress your natural test production so proper pct and off time is a must.
 
Any way to relate the suppressive aspect to gear? I know some of the other PH were more suppressive than others. If known, are they as suppressive as deca/tren, or test, or something more mild like primo, anavar, etc...

They are considered very mild but suppression will vary depending on the dosage, duration, and the individual himself. These hormones are all 2 step conversions, 1 andro = 1 testosterone 4 andro = testosterone epiandro = dht.

Good point! If a supplement company will put osta in their "otc pct" then anything is possible.

They have changed it. Its no longer arimistane for any version

I believe he was referring to old Erase Pro when it did contain Arimistane.

Nope, it was still insane.

I had like a few tubs of HV, EP, ZMA and Amino and was 65 US!

I did an order from NP and was FedEx 7 bucks, roughly same size.
