How would you go about doing this? I would imagine the powder would clump up.

Yeah. Simple.

Make regular jello with Gelatin (i buy unflavored Knox)

Hot water to a boil, then put on a hot pan holder, and add in cold water and OEP Protein, mix up and let it settle overnight.
Simple.

Or buy the flavored gelatin's and mix as directed, you could do a strawberry gelatin with vanilla OEP Protein, comes out great!

I was thinking about making a strawberry or banana creme jello.. Haha..
