yeah now that football is here i have stuck to more of a strength routine.. not gaining as much size but gaining MAD strength and even some more fullness.. its kind of nice to get into the less rep realm.. im no longer doing bobo's workout since i now have to move onto stregnth but it helped me while it lasted... im also on low dosages of 4-ad right now (did m1t) and will have another two weeks of m1t still to go..
 
dude your traps are almost too big, insane! A little more chest work and possibly lats (cant really see) and your gonna look nuts!!!!!
 
ill tell ya what sucks tho.. is being a natural ecto i dont look all that big in clothes. i mean you can tell i workout and im in good shape but i just wish i was fucking massive ... grrrrrrr
