"newbie" revenge sdx help

Got talked into buying this..heard it was amazing. Im 19 never taken anything like this anyhelp with regards to dosage cycle length and pct would be much appreciated

creatine hasn't done much for me in the past i eat very well an my trainings hard i guess i was looking for a boost.
 
well people seem to enjoy CEE .. i love it myself personally... You can try it from the companies, or try it bulk... Anabolic Innovations has Chaos which is suppose to be the shiznit. Creatine may not have worked for you in the past but it isnt always the supplements fault. Gotta look at every aspect. I've started gettin my diet in check and Im seeing better gains then I have in the last 6 months of training.. jus read read read
 
Just stick around and read FL. Especially before buying anything. Read and read and read. This is a great place, make yourself comfortable. Type anything into the search you may be curious about.

Dude .....you can't be serious!!!!

If ya stay away from Joe's discount creatine (not really a brand name so don't go to the gnc and ask for it?) and use it properly, you will see gains.....geez, you want advice and...well. Good luck. May I suggest you read alot more.
 
c'mon c'mon he now realizes he made a mistake and hopefully will contact wherever he got it to get a refund because he realizes he isnt ready for this. lets not act suprised or flame him to bad for his question, you see it everyday on this board. be harsh but be easy so he wont make the same mistakes twice...

I appreciate the advice even if its harsh I gotta learn somehow. PV this is my diet

Meal-1:2 scoops protien 1 cup oatmeal
Meal-2:7oz. chicken 1 cup rice vegtables(useually green beans)
Meal-3:repeat meal 2
Meal-4:MRP
Meal-5:repeat meal 2
Meal-6:10-12egg whites or protien shake
*on workout days i have a protien/carb shake post workout with some glutamine

At 5'6" and 180 lbs and if you're really at 9% bf then you're doing really well for your age. If you are ripped then I'm guessing you're at 9% but if you don't have Calipers then that's a different story.
 
Dago - creatine ain't done sh*t for me.
And I've used every good brand imaginable (cept Primed, SizeOn, and Chaos).

Seems like your protein is good, but you are seriously lacking in the carb department. I would also eat the eggs in the a.m. and cancel the protein shake. IMO you need a lot more carbs.
make your last meal cottage cheese and a complex carb.

Have heard the exact same thing... Leave it alone, It can be some rough stuff. Listen to what these guys are saying..
I am currently taking Chaos, and I like it.. Have not seen any real gains, yet, but my focus and strength seem to be going up.. Strength could be because of the Rebound Reloaded I am taking along with it.

Thanks for all the help. Gotripped, i have very visible abs quad separation and striations across my chest. trainer did the calipers 9% is what he came up with. as for the revenge i sold it. Again thanks for the help i'm probably gonna try the chaos
 
the guy i sold it to is 23 he had superdrol so i sold him the revenge cause it's the same thing we looked at the label there's no difference
