Some people may disagree, but I think it is quite workable as written.
I do have to inquire about proviron though. If it is liver toxic at all, I might not want to run it for 12 weeks. Proviron also isn't anabolic to a great extent. You could leave it out all together and you might not be missing much. You could also consider running the hcg according to swale's protocol, or not even running it at all with just test.
Exemestane may be preferable to nolvadex also?
To make it more clear, give the doses of everything you are taking if you don't mind.
