Triceps bench 105 10/8/7
pull-ups 30lbs 11/8/5
rack dead lift 375lbs 8 reps WM 135 20 reps

I felt pumped today. Oh man a super hot girl was at the gym and dang I could not take my eyes off her. Sesh. She was so amazing.

have fun in your fantasies tonight. =) I don't look at them when weight training. (maybe if I need a testosterone boost Ill glance) generally though I try and avoid eye contact with everyone and go into my world and release the beast with in with my heavy metal music

Thanks. I stay hydrated mid workout with performance. I just do 2 table spooks so around 16 grams of carbs mid workout. Since post workout I do workout maximizer. This was a special occasion. She was smoking hot. Usually I am in the zone but when I Saw her I was like dang holly crap.

I have been taking Performance as well. Great stuff. helps with keeping energy up I used it pre and post workout yesterday
 
Very nice. I like the fact that there is no artifical flavors food colors perservatives etc. in it. Someone today was asking me why there were only two flavors and thats the reason. Props John.

So I uncapped gear just so I can try it mid workout and sip on it. Oh man sorta bitter a bit. I think gear is by far right now the most anabolic amino acid caps on the market. I don't know if it can get any better. Peptopro maybe instead of hydro casein but not sure what the difference is other than a huge cost difference.

I will have my phone back this weekend so I can get some pictures up soon.
 
I have time to recap some of the products I have been using.

I really like the pre surge unleashed and anarchy. Compared to jacked hands down PSU is awesome. Anarchy too is a good switcherruu to jacked. So any one that wants to switch to something else PSU and anrchy is there.
PM and Prime it is very hard to tell what Im supposed to feel as my strength has not gone up to much. I have used prime before 6 bottles to be exact.

Recover factor is a staple to my pre workout and helps with the DOMS.

Still doing my IGF1 and ghenerate. Is it working not sure. I will use for another 4 months to better tell.
need to sleep crazy dreams like it a lot.
Gear awesome to take inbetween meals and I know for sure its a awesome staple to my diet. 5 caps few times a day gets me 5 grams of protein sorta when you add alll of the the stuff on it up.
pslin I am out and will compare it to need to slin.

I am at 136lbs. I am almost done with this program.
 
I rack dead lifted the other day 4 plates on each side 8 seperate 1 reps.
 
So far things I am liking in the program.
pre surge unleashed, anarchy. recovery factor, postwork out shake from protein factory, gear, need 2 slin. Pslin worked keeped my bf down.
Vitamin strip and omega gaurd and antioxidants, vivix performance etc.

Things I am unsure of. Pink Magic and Prime. Does not mean it is not working but It is hard to tell as of now.
 
Getting close to the end of my 12 weeks. I am feeling awesome so far.

Up in weight. I will close out this next week I think.
 
Subbed, use 1 cap of need2slin 3 x a day for recomp, 30 mins before meals, or 2 caps 3 x a day to bulk, ignore the label, this will work better with your body weight.

so I have finished my 12 weeks and took 4 days off. I must say need to 2 slin is a great product compared to pslin which is what I started with for a inslin product. Both are good imo but need2slin beats it.
Pink magic is hard to tell if it worked or not I used it for 2 bottles worth and not sure what to expect.

pre surge and anarchy gave me great focus and especially pre surge unleashed gave me great pumps.

modern bcaa's of couse are bcaa's that I will be using long term and determinate if
I am consistent with it. I am using that with 1 scoop of jacked mid workout. Seems to get my workout in well.

OPE is great. Makes me sweat like crazy and like that feeling.


Gear is awesome I bought over 10 bottles and I am down to 2 bottles left less than 1 month of using it. I am downing them like crazy
I pop them threw out the day. Great to keep my nitrogen retention up when not near solid foods.

I ran out of power shock and I was using half serving pre workout.
Like the taste. Very mild and great.


HGhpro and and igf1 spray and ghenerate all are great for sleep as well as need to sleep.
Critical as my tent makes me very hot and with the night time stuff caps its makeing me not wake up as much.

I have acclimated to 8-10,000 feet of elevation just about. I am on week 2 of the hypoxico tent.

protein factors anabolic beast which I am calling it is nice. Limits the carbs I take in threw the day and keeps me full. I like the fact that it has cla in it too makes it a nice addition to my omega 3's 100% epa dha for fat loss with ope too. I think thats a awesome fat loss stack.

OPE, EPA, DHA, and CLA.

The rest of my basics are there vitamins minerals, antioxidants etc.

Extra vitamin D is fairly new 1 month only 5000 iu's spread out the day.


MY end results 5 % bf 137lbs so I gained from 133 originally with 4 pounds and bf down 1%. I started at 6-7% bf.

Now I start my next 8 weeks.

very nice bro. a gain of 4 lbs with a 1 % decrease in body fat is impressive. @ 5 % you are stage ready
 
Thanks bro. That means a lot. I will start a new log tomorrow. I felt fairly strong today. I dumbbell pressed 75lbs and I haven't done that in months, I just need few more pounds for my comp, I think 140 is a weight class or 150 not sure, I will double check.

Bantamweight - up to 143 1/4 Your a bantamweight. 143.25 lbs and under is a bantamweight . Contact the promotor if you have any questions , and hell answer them for you
