I'll start off with the info... I'm 5'10", 155-160 at 22. I've been doing the basic variations of pushups, situps and curls each day over the past few weeks to try and get a little base going. Now it's time to get serious about my workout. I've joined a gym and I'm looking to not only gain weight and mass in my chest and arms, but remain somewhat cut up, especially around the abs. Is this possible to achieve?
As far as supplements, I bought muscle milk for protein and was looking into Ragnarok as a pre-workout supplement. What else should I look into as far as post-workout?
Before anyone asks, my diet is sporadic, but I generally get my recommended caloric and protein intake every day.
Allright I hope I covered everything... Any tips to help the newbie out?
