well it seems i started off at 240 last year, i lost 30 pounds and gained around 10 pounds of muscle, im now 230 and im 19% fat, i have a friend who can get me stuff that will help me get down fast, do u suggest anything to help me lose the weight fast and gain muscle?

i have a football season starting in january and i wanna start and play college ball, if i use roids now it will be a great start, i dont plan on staying on just for a good push
 
Sounds like you're already on something to help with getting weight down...Did you even look at that before you posted it? haha, welcome to the forums man but you're going to have to take a step back and breath and think about what it is you're trying to ask.


Also, think of something in particular and hit the search button and i'm sure you'll find a ton of information that will help you in whatever it is you're looking for.
 
ive been on here for about 2 hours reading different things, i just need to lose weight FAST and gain muscle fast! by jan. for football. and i lost the 30 pounds a year ago and have been on a plateu ever since

For all the "stuff" that your friend gets you, it's not going to be permanent if you don't know how to eat/train correctly.

Judging by the 19% guesstimate, you don't know how to eat correctly.

congratulations on the previous weight loss, but you do realize the first part is the easiest.. Now you need to dial your diet in and stop looking for quick fixes for large problems.

Don't use "roids" for anything other than aiding an already well established training and diet regimen... otherwise it's a waste of time and effort.. you'll just be a fat ass after the fact talking about the glory days you put up 2 plates.

If your diet isn't right, don't do sh1t other than fix that diet.

Diet.. use that body in a productive manner, and work up a sweat other than stressing about January.. use it as a goal marker for the beginning of your transformation to a nutrition/health conscious individual who stays in SHAPE.

How tall are you? 5'8"?

You won't gain or lose weight fast, no matter what you use, without proper diet & training. Sorry bro.
