First off, let me just say hello, this is my first post
I am 22 years old, about 5'6, and 180lb.
I am trying to lose some fat and get some muscle back.
I do a lot of running during the day, mainly treadmill, especially since winter is coming along. I can't do a lot of weight lifting, I was in the military and got injured and lost a finger and had to get my wrist fused in place and suffered some nerve damage. So the injury limits my right arm strength significantly.
I've been told about Whey, NO-Xplode and Creatine and other supplements. But I'm not exactly sure what to look into. I've tried to do some research, but I'm just not comprehending.

Also, a friend told me about a product called "Full Force", anyone every try it?
