new to supplements need help bulking up

i started to work out bout 2 months ago im useing cytogainer, creakic, xtend grape, casein at night an morning, an no xplode before workout. just wondering i need advice on another good creatine an amino. i started taking some supplements an been reading alot on the products not sure which ones to get yet. wondering if anybody has had some good results with certain products. trying to gain as much weight as possible but not water weight. gained sum weight but j/w if anyone has any better advice thanks guys i kno their are sum reals experts on her from reading the other forums.
 
Start with a good meal in the morning:
Breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal with fresh or frozen fruit
1 cup plain yogurt
Ezekiel Bread (each slice is around 100 some odd calories)


Mid morning snack:
1/2 cup mixed nuts- 4-500 calories right there

lunch:
Burrito with some eggs, and beans
protein shake

after lunch snack:
1/2 cup mixed nuts

dinner:
100 grams Soba noodles and 1 eg 390 calories right there
Protein shake with yogurt and fruit.

Thats for starters :)

ditch the casein at morning - it will kill your appetite. cytogainer is OK, creakic is overpriced and i'm sure you can find better - neovar , cre-02 , etc. xtend is good intra workout, though unneeded if your workouts are under an hour, and casein at night is good. i think that's about all you need for a new lifter. take the cytogainer pre and post workout.
