I just got out of prison. Ive been doing calis for the past five years..burpees,body weighted pullups,dips etc..just started using weights two months ago. Been using whey for about two weeks now..bought six star creatine tablets today gonna give that a shot..been researching alot about creatine but would like some experienced peoples opinions..im 6'3 212. My body fat is real low. Im trying to get to aa solid 225. I work one major bodypart a day.5days a week. Other two just 20 minutes cardio. I eat very clean and just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on good supps. Do preworkout supps actually work for pumps ect.
