Definitely keep doing your research. But if you want to add in some anavar, definitely look up how to combat the sides. also I'd say 10 mg would be a max dosage. And no longer than 8 weeks. If you wanted to play it safe, I'd start with 5 mgs and test the waters.
I've heard of women adding in light doses of nolva but I think that's only for primobolan cycles. Don't quote me on it.
When your talking about thermo's, which do you mean? What kind of routine are you running?
I will say, a year of lifting isn't that long, you could definitely make A LOT more progress naturally. Maybe there's a way to improve your routine and diet.
