Ive been doing a recomp for the past 4-5 months or so, and i have lost to much muscle and not enough fat to continue on the same track. I was doing crossfit for a while trying to get in shape, but have now switched back to 531 program. I have a crap load of old supplements laying around the house that i have accumulated over the months and am planning on using them right about now. Are all these safe to use at the same time? or am i going a little overboard? any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
