New stack question

Im about to re stock/ get some new supps and have a few questions. Im currently on a clean bulk and just want some stuff to keep me healthy/increase gains. My current stats are: 6'5" ; 235-237lbs ; 10-11% BF. 3650 calories a day; try to keep it around 500g carbs, 270g protein, 70g fat divided up between 6 meals. I workout in the evening so I have 4 meals prior then 2 meals after. pre and post workout meals are both high carb.

My current stack looks like this:
-Dymatize Iso100 (2 scoops post workout along with carbs)
-Syntha6 edge (1 scoop w/pre workout meal)
-Muscletech Creactor (1 scoop pre, 2 scoops post workout)
-PES High Volume (pre workout obviously)
-ON Amino Energy (4 scoops pre workout)
-Controlled labs Orange Triad 2x daily (breakfast + post workout)
-Controlled labs Orange Health IQ (w/breakfast)
-Controlled labs Orange Oximega Fish Oil 2x daily (w/breakfast + w/dinner)
-Nature Made magnesium, calcium,zinc, D3 2x daily (w/breakfast + post workout)
-Slin Sane 2x daily (before breakfast + before pre workout meal)
-Na-R-ALA (100mg w/breakfast, 100mg w/lunch, 200mg w/dinner)

Im about to place an order through bb.com and I am re-upping on the iso100, high volume, orange triad, and fish oil. I still have a good amount of syntha6, amino energy, slin sane, Na-R-ALA, and magnesium left so gonna wait to buy more of that. I was thinking about getting more health IQ along with some Oximega greens but then thought maybe just go with one or the other. First question would be what would the better choice of those 2 be? Also looking into a new creatine powder and also adding in some glutamine and L-carnitine. the bb.com foundation series has good prices on the creatine and glutamine and RSP carnitine is cheap and on sale. Are those good choices or should I go with a better brand? Also getting some cheap caffeine pills for pre workout energy. High Volume is no-stim but great pumps so I figure just stack with caffeine for the stim. Is there a pre workout powder that can deliver same quality pumps but with added stim? Also if there is anything else I should maybe try adding (t-bomb, Erase, something along those lines) let me know. Thanks for the help.

I just bought ostrine and was debating going on a cycle I lift a good amount but never took anything more then creatine. I hear a lot of mixed reviews about ostrine but the guy at the supplement shop I got it from highly recommended it. I hear there are no sides but I am not convinced. My main goal is to try and shed stomach fat but an increase in muscle would be nice. I was told to take 20 mgs a day for 8 weeks and no support or PCT needed is this true? I'm new to taking supplements and wanna cycle this without destroying my body.

never heard of it till now lol. Just looked it up and it seems interesting at first but would I need that if I already eat a decent amount of red meat?

Looks like a pretty solid supplement setup, but it is a lot! If you're taking Orange Triad, there isn't a reason to be adding in extra calcium, mag, zinc, or D3. Orange Triad is a very complete product that covers all of that.

I'm not sure if BBcom still carries Slin-Sane, but there are other GDA's out that that would be a better bang for your buck. Adding in extra Na-R-Ala is helpful, but if you purchased a more comprehensive GDA (Burn 24, Slinmax, etc.) you wouldn't need to add in the extra bulk Na-R-Ala.

To answer your question on a stim preworkout that provides the pumps of High Volume, that'll be a tough find. I typically use/recommend stacking a stim preworkout with High Volume if you're looking for the benefits of a stim-based pre. My go-to stim preworkout is Hypermax XT, which stacks very well with High Volume, and provides incredible energy and focus.

If your goal is to bulk, I wouldn't suggest adding in Erase. I personally like to save products like that for a cut. You could certainly add in a natural anabolic product like X-Gels or Alphamax XT if you wanted to give yourself a bit of an edge. When it comes to adding in specialty products like these, I would limit it to one product to assess how the product effects you. Stacking these products can make it difficult to know which products delivered which results.

Given how you're looking to replace your creatine and add a few other compounds, do you definitely want to stick with buying from BB.com? If so, PEScience Ergonine would hit your creatine, carnitine (as LCLT to aid recovery), and glutamine (as L-glutamine and L-alanine, since glutamine not in the presence of alanine doesn't even make it to the muscles).
If not, Olympus Labs Tr1umph would also hit those three compounds (as creatine HCl, LCLT, and L-carnitine + L-alanine), and also add phosphatidic acid, which is an excellent compound for bulking since it's a natural anabolic and also has a reputation for increasing appetite.

As mentioned above, you could drop the extra calcium, magnesium, zinc, and D3 if you're using Orange Triad.

To answer some of your questions, both Health IQ and Greens are good products. If you want to go with one over the other, I would ask, do you eat a lot of vegetables and a variety of different vegetables? If not, I would go with the greens product. Even if you eat a lot of vegetables, but stick to one or two sources, the greens powder will provide you with minerals tht you may not get from your source of vegetable.

For caffeine pills, you can find 100mg caffeine pills on Amazon, I think the brand is No Doze or something similar. I like the 100mg over the standard 200, because you do not need to split the pills, unless you want to go down to 50mg.

For creatine, I would look at PowerMax XT. It does contain a full dose of l-alanyl l-glutamine, which is a better form of glutamine. It also contains a full dose of betaine which aids in performance and even body composition. And it has your full dose of creatine. One thing it lacks, that you're looking for is carnitine, but you could easily add that RSP product to PowerMax XT. I highly suggest looking into an ergogenic aid like PowerMax XT versus a standalone creatine as it provides many benefits to training, recovery and body composition than just standalone creatine.

I see you're looking to place an order through bb.com, which dose not carry PowerMax XT, but you can purchase PowerMax XT through a board sponsored store, Nutriverse. And they have 20% off it it currently.

I wouldn't take the Orange Triad post workout, it has some anti-inflammatory ingredients, it's best to take it at least a few hours after a workout.

Huh I didn't think about that. I just sweat ALOT during my workouts and figured it'd be nice to replenish lost vitamins and minerals. Maybe I'll just take a magnesium pill to go along with my creatine and wait till I eat my dinner to take the triad.

Just ordered my supps yesterday. Decided to go with:
-iso100
-ON micronized creatine
-bb.com brand glutamine
-rsp carnitine (bogo deal)
-orange triad( free 10 serving white rapids)
-oximega fish oil/greens kit
-anabeta elite
-erase pro
-doctors best na r ala (amazon)
