New protein

Hey iv been taking dymatize whey protein for about a year far as just meals bout 200grams a day i use completely different protein for post workout but i usual just get it because the price for 5pds is like 32 dollars and real tired of it wondering any suggestions on other protein?? dont get much outta this just have to crap alot lol hows muscle pharms protein?? or anything good quality for a good price?
 
I used MP's for a bit. Didn't mix very well but tasted great. Overpriced, IMO. From a taste/price standpoint, I liked VPX Syngex, but it gave me MAJOR gas and crapping. So, I have abandoned Whey concentrate in general since it is the source of my discomfort

Good quality for a good price, I would say TruNutrition's Isolate. I say Isolate since you mention crapping a lot. Musclefeast is another. LG's Lipotropic could be a good one too. The forst two are not Ion-Exchanged, not sure about LG's. Disregard most reviews you've seen on it since a formula change fixed seemingly most of the flavor issues. Just my two cents. I'm sure loads of people have their faves too.

Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 tastes incredible, especially the banana flavor. I use that along with Myofusion's Banana flavor.
 
Optimum Nutrition Nitro Core 24 tasted really good and has an extensive amino acid and protein profile. I just bought some LG Lipotropic because I'd been hearing really good reviews about it.
 
Trutein is a good blend of whey, egg, and casein and tastes great, if looking for whey isolate they have a new product iso-ology, great profile and the samoles tasted good....wating on mine to delivered now
 
Yeah they sound good i just didnt get very much outta dymatize whey sucks bcaas and all that good stuff i like hows pro complex anyone ever taken it??

Depends on what type of protein you are looking for. An isolate, isolate/conc mix, or an entirely different blend.

Personally, I am not a fan of Gaspari's Myofusion. Destroyed my stomach. None of the above have done that
