new Pre workout ideas????

well my pre workout problem is solved for now... lol just won the USP stack so i get jack3d

That's actually not a bad idea. Stims, pumps and focus. Would be a good combo.
 
Tried stimul8 today and whoa that suxed. I am pretty stim tolerant and tried them all over the last 20+ years. I have ritual, prodigy, uncut enhanced, alphamine and focus XT up in the cabinet and they are all good options. I picked up some Stimul8 after reading posts about it being strong and boy that was a waste. I get a better kick out if the crappy new super pump max than stimul8. A scoop of alphamine and focus XT is actually pretty sweet for motivation.

I used to use a full scoop of Muscle Marinade and two scoops of Condense on the regular.....One scoop of Stimul8 is all I can handle and I'm pretty stim tolerant.

I'm wondering if he shook the tub before taking his scoop. Stimul8 is a very high stim PWO! 996 try shaking up the tub first and retry.

that looks like a really nice combination....mixing hemavol with a stim'd pre is the way to go imo

never tried stimul8, i was hoping to get a sample.....but is it me or am i misreading, it seems like it hits ppl like a ton of bricks or does nothing at all?

Sorry to hear you feel that way.

I have used most of the others you have mentioned and what they do for me at 2-2.5 scoops, Stimul8 does for me at 1.

Give it another go.

I agree. I think he needs a stim break!
 
Does stimul 8 contains any innovative substances or does it mainly live from a high caffeine content

I'm using ignite2 right now. And it is hands down the best pre workout I've ever used. The pumps, energy and strength I've had over the past few weeks has been amazing. Not to mention the thermogenic, I sweat balls my entire workout

Made me feel very lethargic, fatigued and heavy is the best way I can describe it. My heart rate was higher than normal, but I had zero energy and felt very weak. I can take Dexaprine with no problem and its a strong stim so not thinking a scoop overwhelmed me. Perhaps something in there did not agree with me. Never had that problem with a PWO though.

Even with some settling that is a reaction no one has had to this product. You might wanna give it a good hard shake before taking a scoop.

Sounds to me like the first reaction that I had with Stimul8, but I was given a couple of servings and I didn't have a way to measure it, so I took WAAAY too much. Try going with the minimum serving size (or less), then work up from there.

I am a stim junkie, but I learned the hard way that all stims are NOT created equal. I took 2 scoops of Prodigy when the label recommends no more than a scoop, and I was stimmed out big time and couldn't workout.
Same thing with Gameday. First time I tried Gameday i logged a 10 serving sample tub, and i took a full scoop. I couldn't even workout and I puked a little.
But after that, I started at a lower dose of Gameday and I fell in love.
Stimul8 is a great pre, just start low.

Moral of the story:
Begin every Stim Pre-Workout like you are a beginner and everything will fall into place.
