I am currently 6'3 255. I have been bulking for the past 7-8 months and I started a new cutting phase this week. I am going to continue to lift heavy so I don't lose gains but I have changed my diet to Low carbs, Medium Fats and High protein, around 2400 calorie diet. I am also going to be taking Tropinol and N2-Burn. I train Monday thro Friday with High intensity workouts. Have not added in cardio yet. My question is what kind of cardio, how many times a week, for how long and when? Any other advice will be greatly appreciated!

You should recomp. Carb cycle diet, light cardio like fast paced walking a few times per week.

If you take a fat burner take something with a real beta-agonist in it (Alpha-T2) since they have shown to have muscle preserving properties.

If youve been bulking to need no take a 180 and go super cut phase and lose muscle. Recomp time...

6'3 255 start at maintenance and taper down at least, no idea what your bf% but unless you're obese 2400 will feel like death and your strength is going to take a huge hit

I am at about 20% BF. So then what do you suggest as in diet wise?

Then just begin at about 2800-3000 cals and no doubt you'll definitely see weight drop. If it drops to quickly after the intial water weight loss then taper them up to 3000-3200 but other wise taper them down by 100-200 ever 2-3 weeks or so if progress stalls. Get your refeeds in one a week at about 4,000 cals and you should be fine. Pretty simple diet but you don't need anything special to lose weight at 20% BF.

Food choices are something to consider but more important is making sure you get 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound and the carbs and fats should not exceed say 30% each unless you want to go keto. I would worry less about eating the same boring ass food and focusing on hitting your macros and calories. Protein sources are important but not the end of the world, nothign wrong with steak, pork, fish, turkey, you name it.
