Hello everyone.

I'm pretty new to body building but I'm very determined.

I recently lost 75 pounds in 7 months, almost all fat. Down from 240.

Now I'm rebuilding myself. I've drop more body fat and put on about 10 pounds of muscle. I'm at about 15%bf atm.

Researching ways to help me lower my bf even more.

That's an awesome accomplishment. Read, search, search again and then ask questions. Definately can meet your goals with the right mindset and info.

Thank you both. I feel like I still have a long ways to go and that doesn't really bother me because I know that I will reach my goal. :-)

There's always somewhere more to go my friend. The important thing is to find the joy in the journey. In the "lifestyle".
That is an amazing accomplishment, and should be all the incentive you need to keep going in a positive direction.

Just be careful. Be able to tell the difference between advice or someone's opinion and facts. Just because it does not work for some does not mean it is no good, If you are new then it will take some time to figure out what works best for you. I see alot of guys posting with there opinions and pics of themselves with there 16-17 inch arms. Look into who is giving you advice. Not being negative but guys ask me questions in the gym all the time and when I tell them what I take and how I work out they look at me like I'm stupid and tell me they heard that this works better or that works better and then they go back to doing there wrists curls in the corner.

Welcome, glad to hear you have taken an interest.

17 inch arms are nothing at all to be ashamed of, perhaps I mean 12 -13 inch arms, its late dude.

When I see a new guy, who can't bench his body weight yet doing wrist curls, I can't help but laugh. A newb should not be concerned with how big his forearms are.
