Thats some nice work for only being 16....how long have you been training?

I'm finally getting my female roomate into the game, you'll be an inspiration for her... that and you'll make her jealous.. :)

Nice job...

Good job, welcome to AM. REALLY good wheels.

You quads are really good; you are built like a sprinter. Not sure if you have intentions of competing but you certainly could in the future.
Weakest point appears to be you back.

Good luck reaching your goals.

Thats funny.....I'm a sprinter and I went to the Texas State meet and got runner-up in the mile relay......

Anyway can you give me a good workout for my back??? It's always been pretty weak from the rest of my bodies standpoint

excellent legs!! that's damn good for 16 :)

Nicely done all around, you definitely have a pretty good amount of muscle and are at a good bf% for bulking. What's the cutting routine look like?

wicked legs im quite jealous, i would start doing some wide grip pullups for back. that is where i got my best development.

You posted on BB.com back in the days, yes? I remember your avatar was posted there once.. Looks like you kicked some ass and put on alot of muscle! :)

Good work, and welcome to the tiny-waist club! ;)

16?? wow....very nice..how tall?

wide grip chins or pull downs - outer lats, wings
rowing type excercise(theres a ton of them) - middle mass part of lats
reverse flys type movement - reardelts, upper shoulders of back
Hyperextensions - lower, and and erect??(cant remember the name of that muscle)
those are pretty much the basics

For back, just keep it simple with pullups and an exercise for width and one for thickness, as long as these are your goals.
1. Pullups (wide grip if your shoulders allow it)
2. T-bar rows
3. Dealifts or good mornings if you already do deads.

I know it is not alot but it is effective.

Good luck with your running and bbing.

Wow looking good, what time are your miles???
Well I don't run the mile but my fastest time is 6:10
Fastest 5k is 22 mins 3.1 miles
I run the 100m 200m and 400m

12.3 is my fastest 100

24.9 is my fastest 200

57 flat is my fastest 400

Love your pics, good overall muscularity and balance....you're in great shape, awsome quads. Keep up the good work! from one Texan to another :D

dang girl like i said over at bb.com legs are just insane, overall build is good but the legs just jump out at ya. INSANE!

based on your sprint times, you are probably blessed with a lot of explosive muscle fibers.

for your back, i agree with pullups and rows. can't go wrong with that.

i don't know if you did power cleans or cleans as part of your sprinting program, but they can be good for a back. higher reps than an oler would do. sets of 5, for instance can really fill out a back, as well

especially in the whole lower lumbar and it adds to the posterior chain (rhomboid, erectors, glutes, and hams)

if you haven't done them before, get a GOOD technician to teach you. proper form is key.

Just a thought for you there. Not sure if you read avantlabs.com's board, but they are currently looking for a junior/senior "athlete" to hook up with some serious free supplements. I think you might be a very good candidate for this.
