Rob summed it up below. If I can further elaborate a little bit just off of some experience from myself and others. Sometimes when guys are on TRT for a long time it just doesn't seem to work like it used to and a lot of the time it's DHEA in preg being out of whack. When somebody's had that happen they usually have to take HCG for a while and then after they've been taking HCG for a while they'll supplement with DHEA and pregnenolone to keep those levels elevated. Now you can avoid this happening by running DHEA and pregnenolone a long side your TRT.
Now I didn't personally have that happen, But I also have not been on TRT for years without supplementing these things. When I learned about this I thought to myself well I've already taken derma in the past because I used to use it as a base to run oral only cycles before I was on TRT. So I started adding it to my TRT when I was 36 and now at 40 I kind of use it all the time. I mean occasionally I'll run out and I'll be off at for a little while but most of the year I do. The added benefits are also you just kind of feel good on it. Just like it seemed to make the cycles work better back in the day, It adds a little boost to your TRT as well. A slight boost in Mood, energy, sex drive and even a little higher free testosterone, dht and androstenedione, which are probably the reasons those benefits occur in the first place.
@delsolrob sorry for rambling on lol. But unless I've got my timelines terribly mixed up, ive been using dermacrine on and off for definitely over a decade
