just took at the end of feb beginning of march. People say I look bigger. People at my martial arts studio notice too.

I am upping my goal on certain things.

I would like to bench 215 more regularly. Curl100 with out help and no swinging.

Squat and I mean deep squat bar+ 85x2 during my next journey of this cycle.

Dead lift bar+45x4+60. Those are reasonable goals right? I think so. So I will do it. :)

Squatted 75+75+bar. Deep squated. I will keep it the same for next week so I make sure I continue to keep it deep.
2 sets 6 reps.
Leg pressed 540 but keeped going deep. 2 sets 6 reps
Leg extention 240 up from 180. Friend tricked me but I did it. 2 sets 6 reps.
Leg curl 110 1 set 6 reps.

Calves same as before.

I also did 16 minutes of cardio and than yoga.
Abs went well today to.

My mgf I am doing every 3 days. GHRP6 I am doing every night before I sleep.

I added twinlabs beta alanine this time round as I ran out of my other BA. I like it. has Amount Per Serving % Daily Value

I like that it still has 3.2 grams of ba which is nice because that is what I have been doing pre any way. I also started to do post ba with protein.

MGF at 30 mics. I was at my grandmas for my birthday and every one said I look way bigger than few months ago. :) I had one person think I did roids. Only mgf and ghrp6 for injection but not roids.
 
Did shrugs yesterday. 115 2 sets 12 reps.
Barbell shrugs 295 2 sets 12 reps.
abs machine crunch 180. 12 reps 2 sets. Leg rise 25lbs 2 sets 12 reps.

leg pressed 550 today. 2 sets 6 reps

leg extentions 200 1 set 6 reps.
