New for fat loss

I was listening to the radio this morning and heard about some kind of new breakthrough fat loss discovery. I was brushing my teeth and couldn't really hear much of it and was wondering if anyone else heard something about this? Or maybe I was still sleeping...:blink:

Hahaha....I swear I heard something that was a new discovery and aids in fat loss...they even said at the end "this is not a substitute for a good diet and exercise" Arg, oh well...lol. We shall hear of it soon enough if it actually works or not. :D
 
There was a new drug passed by the FDA but I can't remember the name. It's in the articles section though.
 
Yeah, I have read in MD that there is a new one that does the opposite of cannibaloids in pot(or something like that). You know the munchies? Well, they made a drug that goes in the same pathway that pot does. Pretty sure that's what you heard..

No prob. If I remember, I think it was approved in Europe or something, as a prescription it is. I gotta read it and let ya know more ;)
 
I know there is a product working on the same TetraHydroCannibol repceptors, except it used for weight gain. Its a product called Black Hole, i forget who it is made for, but it excites the cannabiloid receptors in the brain, causing many "similar" effects of gagne. lol.

Creative name for a pill that gives you munchies.

So it does make sense that a suppressor of the THC channels should come into play.
 
I read something about that drug in a Men's Health I believe. I don't think that they've come up with a name for it yet.
 
Rimonabant or Acomplia being used in UK currently, also helps with any types of dependency (ie. smoking, alcoholism, over eating, ..........) raises HDL levels, triglyceride levels, CRP levels, and insulin sensitivity. Also shown to reverse metabolic syndrome
