Yes that is typical for this product. 6 caps 3 times a day with food is the regular dosage.

Well I've done 3 gorging weekends in a row. Idk what's wrong with me lately lol. Christmas days, new years, and this weekend is playoffs plus my wifes birthday tomorrow. Eating like crap and I'm supposed to be cutting/recomping. More like refatting...

The benefits of ursolic acid are well documented and studied. This is really the only product out there that delivers it in a high enough and easily adjustable dose. I think for the most part, it helps with nutrient utilization, mild diuretic affect, other health benefits as described in general ursolic acid write ups. Give it a shot at 9 a day for a month.. See if u notice anything

I'm about to start again as part of a non stim fat burning stack including abdominal cuts, revamp, tta and ras ketones to keep my bulk lean

Check out my log Invalid Link Removed and see what happens when you are on Ursobolic and eat what you want, and what happens when you are off ursobolic and eat similarly. Currently back on and hope to improve quickly

Ok, while I was on Ursobolic I increased my calories dramatically and became even more lean than when eating less. I went off for a month and ate poorly and the results were immediate fat deposition. It seems to be an excellent nutrient partitioner. My blood pressure dropped while on, it has numerous health benefits. Also while on I suffered an injury and lost almost no muscle while working out very little so its researched role in preventing muscle wasting was proven out to me. Wander through the log there is a lot of good info in there. Diet and work out are well documented and there is photograpic proof of results.

My only problem is at 9 caps a day that will last me 4-5 days...
Way too much money for me if that's the case :(

Houston's right, not quite 14 days per bottle and at roughly $13 per bottle thats roughly $26 per month

My math is wrong because they list 3 caps as a serving and there is 40 servings.
So yeah it's 120 caps... (I thought 40 caps originally)
3 bottles would give me 40 days or so and cost roughly $26...
That's not too bad... I'm still think on it.

tta and ras keytones work well, and should be a solid addition to the Ursobolic, I've used them before, the tta made me cramp like mad though.:02:

Yea. Non stim is gonna be huge for me, first time off any stim product in 2-3 years... No bs. Been stacking two for some time.. So I'm gonna put all these to the test. Also will have one full week off. So will be interesting! Will post updates periodically.

Yeah if you've been on stims non stop that long your adrenal glands are in definite need of a break. Good luck and keep us posted

How long can someone realistically run pretty heavy stims and get away with it without really causing some kind of harm to their adrenals or whatever? I was running different stims for about 12wks total (CY mix, OEP, a 1wk clen run, etc) and kind of scared myself into backing off on everything except coffee a few times a day for the last week or so. Some days completely stim free. Not trying to derail the thread, but since the topic came up I figured I'd ask. I know I've heard ppl say they were on stims for years and others freak out if you say you did them for like 8+wks...

I was like that. To the point I needed like 300(m)g of caffeine to work out.
Either way I was tired 24/7 because of it, head aches, crashing backing off...
Not I ease into stims and use only on w/o days.

Def makes a difference. Coffee would be the key but I can tell u stims do help.

Yea urso plus clean cals over maintenance is awesome. Throw in a cheat day and it's s great product to use. I remember eating insane amounts of tuna salad and turkey burgers (no bun) and just recomping so well. Starting again in feb as part of a lean bulk (higher carbs)

It seems to be doing something for me. For the last couple days I have been really sore from my workouts and this is not the norm for me at all. Also I seem to get really warm from taking a dose. After my last dose last night I had to sleep with the windows open and in just underwear. It was in the low teens last night. Also right when I started taking it I had a pain in my left knee that was getting pretty bad. Now its almost completely gone and it has only been about a week. The funny thing is I didn't think this product was gonna do anything for me based on what I had read online. Boy is my face red!. I'm eating about 500 calories more than what I had been eating. I'm trying to lose fat so I hope I don't gain any with the increased calories. If I do I'm gonna be pissed because it took me a long time to get to where I am now. Been dieting forever. I also just started a Androhard V1 cycle. I just started it yesterday though so these effects have to be coming from the ursobolic.

The thing is I've even lost some strength since starting ursobolic, but I'm guessing that is because my calories were too low...Too low with the addition of Ursobolic, not too low in general.

Hate to say I told you so....actually no I don't, not at all. I have started back after a month off of urso and working out and hell even eating clean, it seems as if the ursobolic doesn't take nearly so long to kick in the second go around. I have to run a fan at my desk at work due to the hot feeling and already I can see definition creeping back in. I should be good to go for the Arnold, who's dropping by the booth?

Brace yourself for stupid question:

What's the Arnold/ where/when i will google it but I'm curious as to what u say about it!

Avidly, yes. And No. I do not. I also didn't know about AM Until July so!! still learning lots lol

Search the "Arnold Classic" It's a strongman, bodybuilding, physique competition sponsored mainly by Arnold. It's like the 2nd most important bodybuilding shows behind the olympia.

i dont think there is any evidence to suggest that running stimulants harms the adrenal gland

stimulants that work by stimulating catecholamine release from the adrenals may possibly result in down regulation of the adrenals response to that stimulant, however that is a far cry from saying the adrenal has been "harmed"

its by far a bigger overall event than the olympia. actuallly than any other fitness expo in the entire world

but as far as they bodybuilding contest its 2nd to the olympia

Thanks for your input Pat. That's great to hear.

I don't know what is going on with me. Ever since I started taking Ursobolic I have been getting really sore and more tired. Today at the gym I did make some gains as far as extra reps on some exercises, but with others I lost strength. I feel like I'm in deep ketosis. I've raised my calories from around 1600 a day to 2000 or more in the last 3 days to see if there is any improvement in energy. Not so far, but it has only been three days. I'm really worried about gaining fat. Seriously I'm so tired its crazy, plus I can eat like a horse. I mean I have to cut myself off or I would just keep eating. Its only been about a week and half since I started too. The heat that I felt for the first couple days seems to have disappeared as of yesterday. Guess I'll wait and check the scale on Monday to see if put on some weight. These changes I started feeling only after about 3 days of starting Ursobolic.

I usually still have a good amount of energy for my walk home from the gym, but not lately. I feel like I'm pushing myself to the edge. I do feel slightly better after I've eaten, but that depends on how much I eat. The more calories in the meal the better I feel.

Right. As a daily user of stims for 2-3 years, sometimes stacking 2... I have learned that I only need to switch the type of stim/fat burner I use (different ingredients/pathways/etc) to keep effectiveness.

Eat clean foods, don't cut urself off. Feed the hunger... The urso will take care of it IMHO (I had same experience) you'll be pleasantly surprised

I need more steak. Have plenty of chicken breasts but need some steak for variety, too lazy to walk to the store today though. Tomorrow though its on like donkey kong. If my waist size goes up or pants start getting tighter I'll be pretty upset though.

Just keep the carbs low, thats what works best for me and no sugar if you can help it

30 grams or less per day everyday except for carb ups. Well sometimes I might go up to 40 if I'm not too strict. What about whats happening with me in my other post. I'll quote myself. Was hoping on getting some answers on why I'm so tired.

Truth, what do you think about this reaction I'm having?. Also, maybe PA could shed some light on this?. Why am I reacting like this? What is going on here?

I did not have anything like that going on. The heat went away for me after a couple weeks, it comes and goes now. As far as the hunger, I had appetite suppression during the day and ravenous hunger at night. I did not suffer from the tiredness you speak of. How much have you cut calories lately? 1600, I couldn't make it on that.....no way. I'd say a massive calorie cut would be the most likely culprit for your fatigue. Would I cut my calories my energy levels and workouts suffer a great deal

Well they were at 1600 and I was fine with that I had plenty of energy to spare. It was when I added the Urso that I started feeling depleted of energy. I've gone up to 2000 now and still feel tired. That is not counting all my fish oil and cla I take, usually I don't count the calories from those products.

How long have you been low carbing? You are likely to feel like crap until you go into ketosis, at least that is always how it worked for me. That is if you plan on going into ketosis, I went as low as 15 grams a day to induce it but after a while I could maintain it at around 40- 50 grams a day when I was working out heavy. The low carbs and low calories are then most likely culprit of your fatigue. When dieting there is a fine line between enough and too few calories to operate at optimal levels. Hopefully Pat will weigh in on this

Perhaps the Ursobolic has actually increased your calorie requirements but that is just speculation on my part

I've been following Invalid Link Removed for years. It is a phase shift type diet. You really only go into ketosis during the assessment phase and sometimes not even then depending on how you feel. The diet allows you to find you specific carb level so it is enough to help you lose the fat but at the same time not feel like crap. When I first went on it I stayed on for around 5 years straight. Went off for a while because of some personal issues which I can't remember but now I've been back on for almost 2 years now. I only noticed this new tiredness once I started taking the urso. It feels like I was "kicked back into ketosis". I feel the same way I did when I was in the assessment phase of the diet way back when. Also when I eat I feel better for a little while but it seems to depend on the size of the meal. The bigger the meal or the higher the calories the better I feel.
