Sorry about the lack of updates but I've been traveling quite a bit lately so my lifting schedule is a bit off. I still try to maintain a workout schedule by finding hotels with decent gyms but it's never quite the same. As far as VitaTest is concerned I have been dosing at 4 tabs first thing in the morning for about a month. I have also been using UA at 9 tabs/day for about six weeks. All-in-all I have seen little progress as far as my physique is concerned. I was about to scuttle the entire cycle when I climbed on the scales Saturday and viola, my weight has increased by 3.8 lbs and my waist is about 1/2"smaller. I also noticed significant strength increases in the gym. Now I have increased my dosage of UA to 12 tabs/day, but otherwise everything else is exactly the same. As I have said all along, I'm not sure how much to attribute to UA and how much to attribute to VT but as long as the stack is working I really don't care since both are beneficial from a health standpoint. I wil lcontinue this stack for another few weeks and report back.
