My mistake there thank you guys for catching it. Correct label is up now from our product page
 
I don't tolerate yohimbine that well either; wish the gov hadn't got all wonky over DMAA - I tolerate DMAA VERY well :)

It's not illegal at all; the gov't just wants it to be at some point so manufacturers are avoiding it from here on out.
