TDKR is non-canon, utilising a 'Superman' that doesn't represent the true Superman (being an alternative, Elseworlds story) that is underpowered and crafted by a guy who has no problems admitting his dislike for the character. Also, if you read TDKR you will see that Superman, even after being weakened from a nuke, devoid of sunlight, shot with a Kryptonite arrow by Oliver STILL doesn't really fight back at all during the fight. He is too busy monitoring Bruce's failing heartbeat, trying to talk him down. The one time he does do something, he tears off his mechanical helmet and just pushes him away with one hand, which breaks three of Batman's ribs. By the end of it, Bruce has to fake a heart attack because even he knows, there is no way he can actually win.
...and you actually count HUSH as a victory for Batman?
Really?
For
Driven2lift, HUSH basically involves a mind-controlled Superman, courtesy of kryptonite laced lipstick, is forced by Poison Ivy to go after Batman. (Now, it should be noted that while under the effects of mind control by Poison Ivy, the victim is still aware, but unable to control their actions. If strong willed enough, they can actually alter the actions forced upon them, eventually breaking the control - like Superman does here). Superman is able to hold himself back long enough to allow Batman an escape to lead lined sewers after deliberately blasting a hole in the pavement with his heat vision. Batman is prepared with a Kryptonite ring, hypersonic emitter and knows exactly how Clark will act. A 'fight' ensues underground, but the whole time Bruce admits that if Clark wasn't holding back, he would be dead instantly. After the using hypersonic and the cities power to electrocute Superman, it barely slows him down so he gets out the Kryptonite ring. He punches Superman 3 times and says he has to stop before he breaks every bone in his hand. Superman lays down some arctic breath which neutralises the effects of the Kryptonite and Batman has to keep running away. Superman then, even after the apparent "ass kicking", emerges (smashes through the road now that Batman has escaped to street level) picks up a car, and is about to smash Batman into the ground when he has Catwoman drops Lois from a building, hoping Clark will break the mind control, which he does. I would say the best Batman did in Hush was survive a few minutes against a Superman holding back the best he could.
Now, let me point out a few other encounters between the two that occurred in canon comics (at the time of their release at least);
Batman #428: Batman punches Superman, who rolls with the punch and almost breaks all his knuckles.
Superman/Batman #2: Evil Supes backhands the snot out of Batman and is about to throw a car at him before the Superman from that Earth saves him.
Adventures of Superman #642: Superman thinks he is fighting Ruin and literally almost murders Batman before WW stops him.
Superman/Batman #23: Batman is possessed by Kryptonite Man and is literally glowing with the green stuff. Superman still uses his speed, pressure point strikes and his mastery of the Kryptonian Martial Art, Torquasm Rao, to effectively paralyze Batman.
Superman/Batman #33: Batman is possessed by Blackrock and literally has superpowers. Superman beats him so bad that Blackrock gets scared and abandons his body.
Lex Luthor/Man Of Steel: Batman fights Superman with prep-time. Bruce gets out his tiny piece of kryptonite. Superman, however, sees it coming and blows it away from his hand and blitzes Batman hard to the finish.
Justice League #2 (New 52): We've all no doubt seen this encounter in the animated JL: War, basically it is the first time they all encounter each other. Batman uses every gadget in his utility belt which has no effect on Superman. After casting him off as less than a threat, he goes on to maim Green Lantern and Flash while still holding back.
Batman: The Dark Knight #5 (New 52): Batman is on essentially an amped-up version of Bane's Venom and lashing out at Superman, who is taking all his punches trying to talk him down. When he realises this won't work, he puts him down with one punch from the sky, sending Bruce through a house.
#BOOM.
