im 18 years old im around 6'2 and at a slim 150-155 , i no im a small kid, i do fine and put up around 210 on a str chart. nvr atempted max, i was looking at some product called mass tabs by ids. any good? what you guys think would be a good beginer product

i eat every thing in the house lol, i play foot ball and b ball. foods not the problem. i work out 4-5 times a week?

trust me, food is the anabolic. regardless of any supplement including steroids, food will determine whether you bulk or loose weight.
 
I thought mass tabs were discontinued and replaced by crappy mass caps? Anyway I'd stay away from the anabolic route for a while and stick with the basics; protein, creatine, high carb/calorie weight gainers, fish oil, and a solid routine focusing on compound movements.

sorry if its not what you want to hear. everyone on this forum is here to lead you in the right direction, including taking a look at and critiquing your diet to get it to work better for you.

when you're ready for supplements beyond the basics, we'll help you out then as well. right now, it would be a waste of money in my opinion, as you'll still need a solid diet to get anything from supplements.

90% diet and dedication + 10% supplements = your results.
 
throw out the basketball everytime your suppose to play basketball just go lift or push weight you can also get on a good weight gainer in between meals, if your goin for taste bsn's true mass (strawberry flavor) if you want everything your gonna need in one iso mass xtreme gainer other than that dont mess with your hormones until your in your late 20s
 
In addition to just eating more, make sure that your pre and post workout nutrition is adequate. I see a lot of guys my age and younger work out, drink a shake, and not really eat a meal for a couple of hours.

Also, I'm guessing that at your height, weight, and age that you have a very fast metabolism. While it keeps you from getting fat, you are going to have to practically force feed yourself to get bigger.
