It's so hard for me to get my arms pumped up!! I hyperextended my right elbow a couple years ago and it takes longer for it to get warmed up please help!!
this may sound dumb, but before i start doing biceps, and even in between sets, i grab a 25lb DB and twist it in my hand....like grab it and rotate it with your wrist and it really stretches your biceps and forearms/elbows
