For the amount of sleep i got i was surprised how good of a workout i had and energy. 4 hours of sleep, and had a protein shake before gym and egg whites and my Neurosurge of course, and i felt pretty damn good. I thought i would be dragging and have a not so good workout but i was ready to lift. Vascularity today was better than previous and getting better weekly. Show is nearing also, only about 24 more days til my show. YAY!
 
Your shoulder press is better than my incline lol

Nope no video on me since i didn't get first place in class. On rxmuscle.com there are some pictures. And the neurosurge works pretty good too especially if the stomach is more empty then eat afterwards. Works pretty damn good though. Taking androhard again i like that too.

Felt pretty good for this workout, starting to go lighter in the weights, showtime around the corner and feeling something behind my right should(not good). But like usual good energy from Neurosurge, pretty pumped and vascular. Havent gotten much sleep lately but still making it to the gym. Was switched from 5 days in a row to 5 days and 2 nights in a row so it kinda threw me off quite a bit.
 
Tough looking chest workout. You're throwing around some serious weight!
 
I was trying to get it done, but i had the energy for it, but the shoulder is starting to bother me so i lowered weights a little and had to do more reps. But i only have a few more weeks til my next show then i might have to let the shoulder rest a bit, which i havent really taken much time off other than a week and thats all, so not lookin forward to that but rather keep lifting than not.

Two pretty close together contests though if I recall right? You have another one coming up after this one or a break where you might be able to rest that shoulder up some and get healthy?

Yeah my first contest was on march 24th this year and then my next is on may 19th. So I have a little more time then I can hopefully rest the shoulder up a little bit.
 
Yea i believe it, but seems like ur doing good. Are you able to do barbell or does that feel like it makes it pinch?

I felt pretty good today again but i only have 1 scoop left of Neurosurge so that sucks, but im glad i was able to try it out! It worked and flavor was great, good energy and will be buying some in the very near future. Thank you Neogenix!

Yea i hope it pays off, this will be last show for the year. Im going to take a week or so off i think to let the shoulder heal a little whatever is going on with it then try to clean bulk.

Yea i really like the energy if provides and the flavor, it doesnt bloat or mess up my stomach, it goes down smooth! Lots of good things and it makes me more vascular it kicks in pretty quick and u can tell when it does kick in. And i will fr sure get another 1 soon. Thanks a lot for letting me test it out!
