007 games stayed cool a long while for me too, was still playing newer releases as they came for Gamecube/Wii/Xbox/Xbox360

Campaigns were always challenging, car chases evolved to be pretty fun too

haha oddjob was like a cheat code in multiplayer... pretty sure he was banned everywhere (was with my friends as well)

Totally forgot about slappers only. Wow.

I still have a 64 stuck in a bin I may have to pull out and hook up, now. Have that, PS2 and a Dreamcast all in there.

Sadly we sold my NES, SNES and Sega well before that when I was probably still in HS or earlier (before they became commodities to re-purchase). BTW, my mom's favorite gift this Christmas was an Atari system that my dad surprised her with. Watching her open it was amazing. I had no clue what it was, but she gets through the paper and has a look on her face like a little kid in shock and is like "no...you didn't." and then went to full on 100% excitement. It was awesome.

snowboard kids
powerstone (had to go super saiyan)

had some epic all nighters with my step bro's back in the day

At the time (HS), I enjoyed the basketball games on it.

Other than that, it was mostly Crazy Taxi (nothing like listening to Offspring while driving recklessly) and than an emulator disc for all the old NES games.

About half of my shirts that I mentioned earlier. Some are in washer and others are in storage. Got the flash converse fairly recently and love them.

Hammerdin was OP... I had one but not as fun as:

-Smiter Paladin
-Bow Amazon with rapid strafe shooting (maxed APS via charms)
-Classic Whirlwind Axe Barbarian

First ever play through was with a necro, wish they were more competitive.

Made a Poison Druid that was broken for PvP, could even drain a max health buffed barb with one hit then running away in wolf form til he drops lol

I had a hammerdin for rushes, a bowazon that raped in 4v4, and a energy shield fire sorc. Also had. A necro but didn't like it too much. I didn't use a smiter for PVP but they raped the ubers in later updates.

Oh and I had trap assassin which was remade into a wwsin

I used D2JSP with forum gold and such.
 
I know this is bragging..... But.... I bet I played the n64 before most everyone on here and I'm probably younger than several of you. My godfather was part of the team that created n64. It was really cool. He brought it to a family reunion one year and every kid was in the room while he was showing it off. It's probably one of the best memories I have with him. He also engineered several arcade games. The most popular one being Area 51. You had to do something like shoot the screen twice then hit the buttons a couple times and it brought up pictures of the staff on the game. That was really cool seeing him on there. Now he's some big shot computer guy in California doing who knows what. But when I was taking a c++ programming courses in college he made them very easy. Lol

I want some good desktop background sized images to turn into jigsaw puzzles.

We decided to keep it going, frame them, and fill up a wall with various game/show characters and cool graphics (in my man cave)

2x fallout ones done,
Looking for a good graphic of the whole updated Super Smash Bros "cast" to do next

We're using no wording, no titles included. Hoping people will struggle guessing some characters/games on the wall lol

I found some decent images for Zelda, Portal, Diablo, Halo, 007, and a few various Pokemon

Going to end up being a pricy order on custom jigsaws but I think I'll like this.
Standard pricing looks like 30-50 each but this will be a long ongoing project

You figure just about any "art" type piece you would hang up on the wall would cost you that much or more anyways so to me thats a much more entertaining investment

Bought it, beat it, could care less to replay even online...

D4 should be overhead view like D2, just modernize the graphics and I'd love it

**** yeah to AOE and Red Alert and Yuri's Revenge. I used to veg out to an AOE free for all during high school lunch. My class following lunch always let me leave campus (yearbook ftw) so I could get good food

Also throw it back to Battlezone on PC.
 
Empire Total war is my ****. Loved marching across the globe owning the Ai. My favorite is having 2 lines of men, line and then the guys who can shoot off of horses. The horses can fire over the line infantry effectively doubling the rate of fire.

I used to siege forts with all mortars and only 1 line infantry. Used explosive rounds for better kill zones. Never lost a battle.

Sea battles are were it's at tho. Loved demasting ships and then just using them as target practice and broadsiding their sterns. Rocket ships were awesome too if you were down wind of the other ships, meant that the rocket ships had a much better chance of hitting the enemy sails which means the ships go up on flames faster which means more BOOM.

If y'all want a really good fast paced game check out Planetary Annihilation. Such an amazing game of skill and speed. Lots of destruction and you can blow entire planets up.... yup you read that right. You can blow them up Death Star style, nuke an entire world or reign down fire from orbit.

Oh man age of empires was my JAM. Me and my sis used to play each other on two computers in the same house ha.

So many funny cheat codes too
 
Red alert 2 and 3, Warcraft 2 and 3, Starcraft 1 and 2 probably played the most Warcraft 3 out of all of them. Thought it was a cool upgrade once they released heroes you could train with your troops.
 
Starcraft was another great one. I only played the first sc2 that came out but it was just as fun
 
Age of empires. Dang. That brings back memories. You guys remember everything. I can't remember what I did yesterday

Then Age of Mythology, all were classics and cheat codes were definitely a blast.

Toddlers on a tricycle with a shotgun... Cars with rocket launchers... I mean seriously. Madness is welcome in videogaming
 
I was super anal in AOE. I couldn't build walls on hills bc it looked like poverty kingdom. And I'd have 5-6 gates and stuff. Would take trebuchets and Rams hours to get through my layers

I was a huge age of empires fan. Still am as of the past 2 weeks i been playing the new extension for aoe2 that came out. Bet you all didnt know that!

Agreed on both accounts i had a conversation with my god son hes 12 years old and he loves all things marvel but he quit watching wwe he said wrestlings for nerds i laughed so hard i said to him what do u think the avengers is based off of he didnt know it was comics he said well thas different super heros are cool

I was hoping it was gonna be out for Christmas. It was stupid to launch a preview for it in October/November and not release it for Christmas. There is nothing going on in March. They'd be better off waiting until June for Father's Day.
