NEOVAR-TIME FOR A BREAK?

Hi

just coming to the end of my 2nd batch of Neovar jump start and would like to know if its time to have a break .

Would you suggest having a break from these type of supplements altogether say for 4 or 5 weeks or longer?

the break will come hard as i think its actually having an effect but its taken the 2nd bottle to notice anything.(abs are showing)

NeoVar is a creatine product. Cycling/taking a break from creatine is not necessary and personal preference as to whether you do or not.

However, because NeoVar also acts as a nutrient repartitioner and insulin mimic, then you may choose to take a short break from it. I personally use NeoVar DAILY, regardless.

If you're dosing Neovar correctly, effects should be noticed EVERY dose.
